Remove Chromium.
Replace it with actual Chrome from Google's website.
This is the simplest thing. Chrome includes a built-in Flash player.
Chromium does not.
NB. You must be running 64-bit Lubuntu. Chrome is not supported on
32-bit Linux any more.
If you are stuck on 32-bit, as Colin says, install the Flash-player
addin. You may have more use with Firefox than Chrome, and an older
version of Firefox at that. I use the ESR version:
