That might be enough. It says zero bad sectors (reallocated sectors). Is 
there a line that mentions Pending Sectors?

The drive isnt that old, and looks good according to smart. Drive errors 
can cause it to flip to read-only mode, but there might be other things 
going on too.

Have you installed any new programs?
