There isn't something like an objective camera view, even an unforgeable
360° view is missing information. Did the driver of the wronged party
read a SMS? At least to value contributory fault far too much
information would be missing. You at least need a 360° view + a view of
everything happening inside the car, but even calling this objective
still is fishy.
