Unless you changed something manually, theres a good chance you should 
not worry about 192.168.122.1.

What sort of router is it? If its consumer brand like d-link and many 
others, they tend to die after a few years of 24/ use.

I've owned many over the years, before switching to a distro based 
router running on PC hardware. No failures in years.
