Are you on two local networks? You have two addresses, 192.168.178.20
and 192.168.122.1?
When it is working run
traceroute <some ip address>
You might have to install something to get traceroute, I think it will
tell you what.
Then do it again when it is broken. With luck that will tell you where
the link is broken
I presume others connected to the same router are not having problems.
