It happened again: In KDE (system tray), I close the network connection, and
reopen it again. Then the message "Netzwerkadresse wird bezogen" (network
address is being acquired) appears. Then it says "Die IP-Konfiguration ist
nicht verfügbar" (The IP configuration isn't available).
