Can anyone tell me what is wrong with LibreOffice?

I've got a file on my USB that has a list of md5sums of what looks like
every file on the USB. I assumed this was generated by the program that
made the USB bootable.

I don't know too much about checksums, but I would assume this file has
values that can be checked against some store on Ubuntu. Is there a not too
involved way to do this?
