I have to ask...
Why do you assume that something that doesn't work on your computer is
broken for everyone? Is it not likely that an OS used by millions
would see lots of complaints if this kind of problem were in the
shipping version? That reviewers would criticise it, that it would
have been picked up in testing?
Did it not occur to you that it was more likely to be something wrong
with your own installation?
