Somewhat dated, but I have to confirm its 100% correct yet today, and I 
enjoyed the hell out of reading the obvious.  Thank you for digging that 
out of the internet detritus Liam. That should be required reading, and 
tested for having read it, for every hack that thinks feeding at the 
public trough is a great way to pay the bills.
