unable to install ubuntu 16.04.2

This info went to my email, so I am responding with my concerns.

Is someone else's thread supposed to come to my email?

Maybe this is the wrong destination for the thread? How can I keep it to the context or change it?

Just always seems to me they try to kill it with fire before it had even
begun thinking about popping its head above the asphalt.
