Need more information. As Colin asks, is the connection over the
network or by USB? If over the network, is it wired or wireless?
Can you think of anything that has changed since last week, like
system updates, hardware added or removed from the network, etc.
Do you have any other devices to connect to the scanners with? (I find
that I can usually scan from my Brother printer to my Android tablet
when all else fails.)
