Please post what I asked you to post. We already know that you can use
a browser to access archive.ubuntu.com, but it would be interesting to
see the ping statistics. Why didn't you post it? At least I don't know
if package loss is only shown by the statistics or also within the
lines you posted, if there should be an issue.

Before subscribers from this list, including me, will spend time to
troubleshoot, we wish to know if the basics are without typos or other
mistakes. IOW simply post your source list as it is. Run "cat" and copy
and paste everything.
