What happened to the consoles?

When you're logged in, do each of alt, ctrl, and f[1-6] react normally?

if you enable a static getty, can you switch to it?

What's the output of
find /{etc,lib}/systemd/system -name "*getty*" -ls
and
grep VT /etc/systemd/logind.conf

Is systemd-logind running?
