Off-topic in regards to Linux editors.

Sometimes I'm writing scripts for Linux on my iPad.

It's a serious issue for me, writing plain text scripts on my iPad,
since all comfortable and still maintained editors seem not to provide
non-proportional font (monospace). On the iPad with less space and
without line numbers it's also annoying to notice, if two or more lines
actually are just a single line, let alone that they don't provide
shell script highlighting.
