Why does no one care that Brad Spengler of GRSecurity is blatantly violating the intention of the rightsholders to the Linux Kernel?

Can this pointless thread be stopped? If people want to get linux from
a commercial source that is their problem. I get my software from
Ubuntu and could not give a fig for the other distributions. I have
real problems to worry about in my world and do not have the time to
waste on what appears to be pointless stupid rants which achieve nothing.
