You are right. I hope to get used to it. Your comment regarding the
concave issue, "it is a known effect of switching to flat panels"
might apply to all issues. I simply don't know, if I would get rid of
those annoyances, if I would buy a more expensive LCD monitor.

I suspect that many people aren't annoyed by a single dead pixel, but
this already is driving me crazy.
