Both monitors I mentioned, the 292.00 € as well as the 139.00 € are
24", IPS, 250 cd/m², 1000:1, 5 ms, 1000:1, 1920 x 1080 LCD monitors.
The more expensive one is ?-IPS, the less expensive is AH-IPS. The
expensive has got a 178° viewing angle, the cheap has got a ?° viewing
angle. The expensive is pixel error class 1, the cheaper is class 2.
There are three issues I fear with cheap LCDs, less good
ergonomics regarding height adjustability and issues regarding
incidence of light, as well as a limited viewing angle. I don't need
excellent colour quality, as long as the colour shouldn't be really
bad, it's ok for my needs.
