Can't load Outlook from Ubuntu

Well it works ok for me when I click it, though I am on 16.10.  I
doubt if there is a general problem though, or it would be more widely
reported I would have thought. Does
https://outlook.office.com
work?

Also what happens if, in a terminal you do

wget https://outlook.office.com/owa/?realm=studenti.units.it&vd=cloudmail&path=/mail/inbox
