sktsee,
I see the "Quick Filter" box was in 14.04 but not 16.04. I noticed
that it was missing but just thought it had be redesigned. I installed
the apt-xapian-index package and now 16.04 works just like 14.04. I
don't remember hearing about apt-xapian-index before and don't remember
installing it, but I must have or 14.04 would not have the "Quick Filter".
Thanks a lot for the advice. Having the quick filter is going to be a
big help getting 16.04 setup the way I want it.
