install programs into wine

Bill, take a look at this https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine_User%27s_Guide#H
ow_to_run_Windows_programs_from_the_command_line and try running from
the CL and see if you get any error output. To be honest the programs
I've installed with Wine have 'just worked'.
