Startup Applications not working in 16.04

Yes.  Compared paths, and that is ok.  But just found a typo in the
My-Weather-Indicator command.  Corrected that and now it comes up.  But, no
such luck with xscreensaver.  I have tried "/usr/bin/xscreensaver
-nosplash" and "/usr/bin/xscreensaver -display :0 -no-splash".  Both work
from the CL.  Boot up with either gives me "The XScreen daemon doesn't seem
to be running on display ":0". Launch it now?"  You click OK and all is
well.
