Thinking about the search term, typing and getting the result perhaps
needed more than 4 seconds, but for sure not more than 24 seconds.

I don't know if support-de at google.com is a useful address, but at least
it is a hit from the Google search engine and a starting point. If you
log in, your Google account might provide better solutions to get in
contact. I don't know, because I don't have got a Google account.
