Chrome "forced" upgrades

After rereading I'm even more confused.

The entries mentioned that software is installed? or available?

What does "deleted" in this context mean? Did you remove (uninstall) the
packages? Did you "purge" (IIRC Synaptic calls this "remove completely")
the packages?
