I can't help with booting Windows, but if all you need is the data off
the disk, you should be able to mount it manually. If it's eg /dev/sdc
and the data partition is /dev/sdc1 you could probably mount it thusly:
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
... and find everything under /mnt
