Anybody running Ubuntu in VBox and/or another VM?

Not with Ubuntu 14.04.5 (3.13.0-110-generic) running under "native"
virtualization on a CentOS 6 box.  It is running with one CPU. (The CentOS 6 
box has a 4 core processor.)
