Uable to Install USB Photo 3G Modem

Dear All,
I have a USB modem, details given below. When I do lsusb, can see that
dongle is detected but when tried to scan by "wvdialconf" , unable to
scan usb modem. Have checked for ttyUSB files in /dev directory, there
are only ttyS0-ttyS31 files available & no ttyUSB.
Please help to install the USB data card on my laptop.

Sorry, no modem was detected! Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?
