dirty cow und 12.04 LTS

Hi,

currently i'm updating my systems because of the dirty cow bug in the kernel.
But i don't understand completely this document: http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/2016/CVE-2016-5195.html

I have a system with 12.04 LTS:

root at PC62470:~# uname -r
3.5.0-23-generic

root at PC62470:~# cat /etc/os-release
NAME="Ubuntu"
VERSION="12.04.2 LTS, Precise Pangolin"
ID=ubuntu
ID_LIKE=debian
PRETTY_NAME="Ubuntu precise (12.04.2 LTS)"
VERSION_ID="12.04"


The kernel is 3.5.0-23-generic. But i don't find this kernel in this document.
apt-get -V dist-upgrade likes to install: linux-image-generic-lts-quantal (3.5.0.23.30 => 3.5.0.54.59).

I'd like to have a look in the changelog from this kernel version, but that doesn't work:

root at PC62470:~# aptitude changelog linux-generic-lts-quantal=3.5.0.54.59
Err Changelog of linux-generic-lts-quantal
E: Changelog download failed: 404  Not Found
E: Couldn't find a changelog for linux-generic-lts-quantal=3.5.0.54.59

Which one is the kernel with the patch for my system ?
