Hi,

those who want to test different Ubuntu desktop flavours [1] might want
to use a script to automatically download all files and do the complete
check as described by https://www.ubuntu.com/download/how-to-verify .

Save the script [attachment].

Make it executable by running

  chmod a+x luamd64_1610.sh

Usage: ./luamd64_1610.sh [FLAVOUR [RELEASE]]

  The default flavour is ubuntu-mate.
  The default release is 16.10.

Other desktop flavours available for at least 16.10, but perhaps for
other releases, too

  ubuntu
  kubuntu
  lubuntu
  ubuntu-gnome
  ubuntukylin
  ubuntustudio
  xubuntu

for example run

  ./luamd64_1610.sh ubuntu
  ./luamd64_1610.sh lubuntu 16.04

The script asks you to press a key to continue. You could abort the
script pushing Ctrl+C.
