Instructions on how to set up a web site depends on what type of web 
site you want to build. Will it be a blog type, business, personal. Will 
you be selling anything on the web site, if so you will need an SSL. My 
advise is make sure who you go with to host your site uses cPanel, it 
makes it so much easier to maintain and work on your site.
