You have not given us much information about your machine.

What GPU or GPU*s* does it have? You did not even bother to give the
make and model but I have guessed according to the model name in your
prompt.

Google suggests it has only Intel integrated graphics. If so it might
not drive 3 screens.

Other pages suggest it *also* has an nVidia GPU.

Does it have Optimus GPU switching?

If so you will need Bumblebee to support this:

I suggest you also re-install with the latest Linux Mint, which is 18,
based on Ubuntu 16.04. A newer kernel and X.org is more likely to
work.
