Backing up an Ubuntu Server

I want to back up my Linux server a weekly full backup and then daily incremental backups. Have it keep two or three weeks backups at the most clearing out the oldest ones when it starts say the fourth weeks backups. I would like to do this to an external USB Western Digital My Book drive. The Server drive is 1 TB and I want the external drive to be a 4TB. I am not highly accomplished with Linux to know the open source software package to use or how to write the scripts for it to work. Any help appreciated. The server hosts my Word press website.
