Cannot install Kinivo BTH220 bluetooth headset in ubuntu 15.10

Unfortunately when I installed the 15.10 I said no to the offer to uprgade
to 16.04
Now when I use sudo update-manager -d it does not offer to upgrade to 16.04
How can I  restore this?
