I am constantly in amazement at the people who subscribe to a list, any 
list, without any great amount of hoopla other than they had to answer 
the email to them, which confirmed that they did indeed want to 
subscribe to a list.  But then, instead of following the exact same 
procedure at the correct link below, which works quite well, but instead 
of reading the message, they yell and scream at the list and we, none of 
us can do squat about YOUR subscription.

So follow the instructions at the correct link below, AND ANSWER the 
confirming email, sent to your subscribed address so the software knows 
its indeed you.  You will then receive a 2nd email confirming that you 
have been un-subscribed.

What is so difficult about that?  Other than you wanted to be a jerk, I 
don't see a problem.
