Would you be able to advise on a fan issue that I've noticed with my
computer (Lenovo Yoga S1)? I've posted a full description on

but in short, I've tried all solutions I've found on the internet to try
to manually set my fan at another speed since it seems the automatic
control doesn't work.

Indeed, the fan never seem to change speed, on 16.04, I think it used to
change fine on previous versions, but I can't remember with any
certainty. At any rate, I can't manually change the speed of the fan and
I think I've pretty much tried all solutions (at least all easy ones or
that didn't required in-depth knowledge of modules & linux kernel).
