I wasn't until I hit the Plex problem and the (inperfect) fix, which got me 
thinking about why my home (search) page located on my Win7 partition is never 
found, unless I have accessed the Win7 drive before the browser

I looked at /etc/fstab (a lot more messy than yours) but the scary warnings 
about frigging the total system if you get it wrong made me weary
