Legacy mode issue installing Ubuntu 16.04

I have another laptop with Ubuntu 14.04 on it.  I get the same message
there.  I have not changed the bios there too.  It seems to me that it
might be Ubuntu 16 is requiring a UEFI install.

Should I report this as a possible bug?
