manage virtualbox VMs remotely?

Not that long ago someone on this mailing list (I think) mentioned a
tool that allowed remote management of VirtualBox VMs. I can't seem to
find the relevant message.

Does anyone know of such a thing?  Was it RemoteBox? RemoteBox seems to
be what I'm looking for, but the name doesn't ring a bell, and I seem
to recall the software mentioned supported a couple of other
virtualisation mechanisms, nit just VirtualBox.
