On behalf of the moderation team can I please remind everyone that sending
test emails to the list is possibly the worst way to check the status of
your subscription. It not only spams thousands of users with useless
information it's likely not to tell you as much as other sources of
information, especially if there is a genuine problem with your
subscription.

As per the FAQ [1] that is sent out whenever someone subscribes and is
linked on the mailing list information page [2]:

*If you have any questions regarding any issues posting to or receiving
emails from the list please also contact the list owner
<ubuntu-users-owner at lists.ubuntu.com <ubuntu-users-owner at lists.ubuntu.com>>*

We will generally always point you to the public archive [3] which
indicates your emails are being correctly received and responded to by
other members. If you're still experiencing any perceived issues please
then take this off list and contact the moderation team [4] as suggested
above.
