Legacy mode issue installing Ubuntu 16.04

The 15.10 installer is also set up to boot in UEFI mode, there should
be no major difference there. I'm guessing you have changed a BIOS
setting after installing 15.10, and it was originally set to boot in
Legacy mode. That's just a guess, though.
