Unity, window management: how to raise?

Yes the question is about copy/paste with mouse,
with focus on mouse. I can:
* autoraise windows: I hate;
* click to raise: but any copy/paste raise windows

In sloopy mode, I don't find any way to raise a window.
Some WM use click on titlebars,
some have menus  on titlebars but Unity provides nothing to raise
(just minimize, move, resize, etc.)
