I don't think I have Chrome on my Arch install. It does happen on
x86-64 Ubuntu and Fedora, though, I can confirm that.

It's *only* the tab titles at the top of the window, nowhere else. Web
pages render identically, they just made the tabs themselves, in the
title bar, bigger.
