Customize alternate install CD with UEFI?

I have only very briefly experimented with preseed and automated
installs. Mostly, that project got abandoned & we did it manually, or
via WUBI.

I don't know, but no, I don't think that the text-mode installer can
resize partitions. I'd do that part by hand, then automate the rest,
if that's what you want.
