Converted .VHDX to VHD using Virtual Box vboxmanage Grub broken

Hello

Using vboxmanage.exe i converted .VHDX to .VHD. Now, when I boot using
virtual box I get see screenshot

Is the error because of the conversion, the UUID don't match? I cannot boot
from LIVE distro as I'm working with a pre-loaded virtual appliance I have
to fix the issue internally using shell access. Please suggest solution.
