Slow upgrading and downloading

Yes you should remove the duplicates. There seem to be identical entries 
in lines 18 and 54 of your sources.list. But the 5-10 minutes delay is 
not caused by the duplicates. Maybe you are connected to a slow server, 
but that is only a wild guess.
