It's not in Ubuntu yet (as of this moment):

But it's in Debian and has made it from Testing to Unstable (sid to
stretch):

SO you could grab the debian source package and see if it compiles on
Trusty, or maybe request a backport, I presume it will probably make it
through the normal channels to Ubuntu soon, however.

Or of course you can grab the tarball from the clamav folks and build it.
