On mine the ball is just a little smaller than a tennis ball. I could
never use a regular mouse again. What I really like about it is if
reading a long message I can just put the pointer on the scroll bar,
take my finger off of the ball just hit the button. It does not drift
off the scroll like a mouse does.
I have an older one here that is parallel port that has a ps/2 adapter
on it, I suppose I could slap a usb adapter on it and see what happens.
