How to set the single click speed?

For those with soldering skills and who don't use the wheel button,
replacing the left or right switch with the wheel switch is an option.
Been there, done that, since to get a new mouse that fits to the hand
isn't that easy. In my experiences the mice that fits best, often are
the cheap wired mice, unfortunately those aren't durable. Unfortunately
mice very often are sold in blister packs, so it's impossible to
test, if they hold nicely in the hand.
Some software provides bad right click menus, a broken right button for
example could "undo" editing and the user might not notice this. It
would be good, if coders would care about this issue and position
critical options in the right click menus at positions that require
selecting instead of providing such options at the position were the
mouse pointer is right after the menu is opened.
Another issue is, that even if double clicks are disabled where ever
possible, some software still requires double clicks. No software
should force users to do double clicks, if users prefer not to do double
clicks. If double clicks aren't needed, it would be easier to provide
debouncing by the software for switches that aren't debounced anymore.
