My computer doesn't shutdown completely

If you post code, a script, a log, command line messages etc. it's
wanted not to wrap lines. Wrapping lines after around 72 chars is
only demanded for "normal" email text.

My mobo is an ASUS M2A-VM HDMI with an AMD Athlon X2 dual-core BE-2350.
Shutdown works without issues and finishes with power off.
