W7/Ubuntu dual boot problem

Thank you for your reply. I've fixed the problem with the disk boot repair program. Fyi, I've installed Ubuntu from a USB drive.

How did you install it?  Write a few sentences describing how you did
it.   That should be about the right amount of detail for us to ask
further questions if necessary.
