The messages are quite clear, you do not have the quoted firmware files 
for any version of /lib/firmware/rtl_nic/rtl8106(alphabet).fw, are they 
installed according to your favorite package manager?
Their lack is preventing it from building a new initrd for the new 
kernel.  And the errors will remain until you install them.
